Why custom

Plenty of companies say “custom”. We mean it.

Most shed suppliers run a licensed design package and sell what the software allows. We design and engineer our own structures, site-specific, and we can provide full engineering reports for the entire structure.

That means no standard restrictions on dimensions, and expert advice through the whole design stage so you end up with exactly what you asked for.

Your shed is drawn for the site it will stand on: the span you need, the door openings you will drive through, the bay spacing, the roof pitch and the awnings. Sloping ground, tight boundaries and unusual dimensions are the normal part of the job here, not a reason to be told no.

You also deal directly with the person responsible for your project, so questions get answered by someone who knows the drawings rather than a sales desk reading from a screen.

Questions we get asked.

I need something custom, can you help?

Yes! custom structures are our bread and butter. If you have a custom design you are looking for simply send us the details for a quote.

Can you design a shed to fit my caravan?

Yes, and it is one of the most common things we are asked for. Send us the height and length of the van, boat or vehicle and we design the clearance, door opening and awning around it rather than rounding you up to the nearest catalogue size.

Do you supply engineering for council approval?

We can provide full engineering reports for the entire structure, designed for your site. We will also walk you through the council approval process so you know what is needed and when.

Do you install, or is it a kit?

We design and supply the kit. The frame is cut to size, marked and pre-punched so it bolts together on site with no cutting or drilling, and it comes with detailed plans. If you are not building it yourself, we can recommend concreters and installers.

Where do you deliver?

We are based in the Lockyer Valley and service South East Queensland, Northern NSW, Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, generally anywhere we can drive to and from in a day. If you are further out, ask us.

Who will I be dealing with?

You deal directly with the person responsible for your project, not a corporate sales process. Call at any stage of the design with questions, suggestions or requests for advice.
